General Information
TaFlow Line series polypropylene pleated high flow filter cartridge is specifically developed to provide higher flow solution for particulate removal in clarification and prefiltration of process, representing a highly-optimized pleated filter technology.
TaFlow Line is a large diameter, single open ended, pleated cartridge with an outside to inside flow direction, allows for maximum filtration area, extending service life for change-out. The high flow by large filtration area reduces the quantity of filter cartridge and the size of housings required.
The polypropylene construction offers broad chemical compatibility. The unique filtration media of polypropylene results in an excellent filtration efficiency, which largely reduces the burden of downstream process for particle removal applications, such as portal water, cooling water, RO systems, oil fields and other industrial fields etc.

Regulatory complianceTaFlow Line series filter cartridges are designed, developed and manufactured in accordance with a Quality Management System approved by an accredited registering body to an ISO 9001 Quality Systems Standard and are shipped with a Certificate of Quality.
All components of TaFlow Line series filter cartridges are Food and Drug Administration (FDA) listed for food contact use in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21 (177.1520 and 177.2600) and conform to the relevant requirements of Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 for their intended food contact applications and USP for the Biological Test for Plastics, Class VI.
For easy traceability and identification, every filter cartridge has a lot number.
Operating Conditions
Recommended change-out differential pressure: 2.4 bar (35 psi) @ 20°C (68°F)
Maximum differential pressure:
5.2 bar (75 psi ) @ 20°C (68°F)
3.4 bar (50 psi) @ 82°C (180°F) for pleated polypropylene
3.4 bar (50 psi) @ 121°C (250°F) for pleated glass fiber
Maximum reverse differential pressure: 2.8 bar (40 psi) @ 20°C (68°F)
Maximum operating temperature: 82°C (180°F)
Recommended maximum recommended water flow rate
40" cartridge up to 1,325 lpm (350 gpm), 60" cartridge up to 1,892 lpm (500 gpm).
